Welcome to Lakeside Elementary, home of the Black Wolves! Located across the street from Lake Winnebago’s shores, Lakeside is an incredibly special place for children to grow and learn. Lakeside is known for its small size, strong family partnerships, and long tradition of academic excellence. Students are the heart of our school, as evidenced by their artwork that fills the hallways, their laughter and enthusiasm that surrounds our building daily, and the unwavering support teachers provide each day to help students achieve.
The experienced staff at Lakeside is committed to building positive relationships with students and their families. Individualizing and differentiating learning is a focus at Lakeside. Teachers believe in the power of community building, and each child at Lakeside has a buddy from another grade level to work with throughout the year.
Our families are always welcome to visit for lunch, volunteer in the classroom, and participate in school partnerships such as the PTO. We believe that parents are the most important educator in the lives of their child. It is our goal to learn from parents and build a strong, lasting partnership for the future.
